RESPONSIBLE AI
STARTS WITH NURSES.
THInC Toronto 2026 brings nurses, nursing students, health leaders, policymakers and technology partners together to move beyond the question of whether AI will change healthcare and into the work of deciding how that change should happen.
Nurses should not inherit AI systems designed without them.
Artificial intelligence is already changing clinical work, decision-making, documentation, communication and the design of health systems. THInC Toronto creates space for nurses to examine what responsible adoption actually requires and to shape practical approaches for implementation.
The conference moves deliberately from policy and ethics into workflow, solutioning, governance, accountability and action planning. Participants should leave with more than ideas. They should leave better prepared to act.
Put nursing knowledge into AI policy and strategy.
Look critically at workflow, safety, equity and human oversight.
Turn priority challenges into actionable implementation plans.
The agenda.
Day 1 establishes the policy, leadership and responsible-AI context. Day 2 turns those conversations toward nurse-led solutioning, governance and implementation.
People shaping the conversation.
Speakers will continue to be added as the program develops. Their agenda assignments update automatically from the single speaker-and-agenda data area at the top of this Code Block.
Be in the room where nursing moves AI forward.

We'll see you at Sinai Health.
THInC returns to Toronto for two days of nursing leadership, collaborative problem-solving, responsible AI dialogue and practical action planning.
The future of AI in healthcare needs nursing in the design.
Join the people asking harder questions, examining real workflows and building practical paths from responsible-AI principles to implementation.
