By inspiring, educating, and elevating Nurses as innovators and entrepreneurs, since our inception in 2019 and beyond, SONSIEL is leveraging the unique insights and pervasive proximity of Nurses to healthcare’s toughest challenges. We believe Nurses are instrumental as healthcare leaders driving ideation and execution of advanced solutions.
2021 has presented an inflection point for the Nursing profession. SONSIEL sees the opportunity, in fact, the urgency, to advance Nurses’ contributions as instrumental to health care innovation.

SONSIEL has created a platform of events, services, programs, communications, and awareness vehicles that continue to grow and evolve to deliver our vision, mission, and unique position in the industry.
The Problems We Are Solving
Nurses comprise most of the health care workforce and are in the closest proximity to the problems patients face and are well-positioned to create, deliver, and implement solutions.
Yet, Nurses do not routinely participate in developing solutions, often are not recognized for their contributions, and are disproportionally underrepresented within health care innovation.
